Weather Reports: Bihar residents are still suffering from extreme heat as a result of a heatwave-like condition that is accompanied by scorching days and warm nights. There won’t be any relief till April 25, according to the Indian Meteorological Department. In the districts of West Champaran, East Champaran, Shivhar, and Gopalganj, where heat wave conditions are predicted to persist on Thursday, a yellow warning has been issued.

The IMD reports that a fresh western disturbance is expected to deliver light rain to several regions starting on April 26. The cyclonic circulation over northwest Bihar has moved to East Bihar. But the state will still experience intense heat and humidity until then.
It will be hot and muggy all day long in the districts of southern Bihar, which include Bhojpur, Buxar, Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Gaya, Nawada, Jamui, Banka, Bhagalpur, Munger, Begusarai, Khagaria, Lakhisarai, Patna, Jehanabad, Nalanda, Sheikhpura, and Arwal.
Bihar Weather Prediction: High Temperatures
Motihari reported a heat wave on April 23. In 12 districts, including Gaya (42.3°C), Patna (41.2°C), and Valmiki Nagar (41°C), temperatures were beyond 40°C. The southern and west-central parts of Bihar are predicted to be hit by a protracted heat wave, with most places set to endure hot nights and sweltering temperatures until April 25. The highest temperature in these areas is expected to stay between 40°C and 43°C throughout this time, according meteorological projections.
The public is advised to exercise care.
In order to prevent heat-related diseases, the Meteorological Centre has encouraged people to stay inside between 12 and 3 p.m.
