Allu Arjun recently shared an interesting behind-the-scenes story about the making of one of the most iconic shots from ' Pushpa 2 : The Rule', the "pallu" shot. He revealed that capturing this particular scene was a challenging and time-consuming process that required immense patience as it took over 80 shots to get it right.
During the WAVES 2025 Summit in Mumbai, Allu Arjun explained that the shot, which is featured prominently in the film's trailer and early teasers, was very complex to film. They began shooting early in the morning around 8:30 am, and it took them nearly six hours to get it right. By around 11 am, the actor started to find the rhythm needed for the shot, but it wasn't until about 2:30 pm that they finally nailed the perfect take.

The process was so demanding that the crew lost track of how many takes they had done. They initially counted up to 70 or 80 takes, but eventually, they ran out of numbers and even alphabets to mark the shots. At that point, Allu Arjun told the team to stop keeping count and focus solely on getting the perfect shot, no matter how many takes it took. The final take was somewhere between the 78th and 85th attempt.
'Pushpa 2: The Rule', directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun alongside Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil , has been a record-breaking blockbuster, earning over Rs 1,234 crore in India alone and grossed over Rs 1,871 crore worldwide.

Following the blockbuster success of 'Pushpa 2', the third installment, titled ' Pushpa 3 : The Rampage', has been officially confirmed.
The production of 'Pushpa 3' will begin after Allu Arjun completes his current commitments, including two major films with directors Atlee and Trivikram Srinivas. Director Sukumar is also busy with a project starring Ram Charan , which will delay his return to the 'Pushpa' franchise.
