5 raw bananas
1 cup boiled green peas
1 itch ginger
5- 6 Finely chopped green chillies
A pinch of asafoetida
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon mango powder
Salt
Oil as required
To make raw banana tikki, first of all, put 1 cup of water in a cooker and apply a whistle.
Then cool it. After cooling, remove the banana peels.
Now mash the boiled bananas in a bowl.
On the other hand, add green peas, green chillies, ginger in a mixer and prepare a coarse paste.
Now mix it well with mashed banana.
Then add red chili powder, garam masala, mango powder, salt, asafetida and mix.
Now prepare a round-round tikki with the help of hands with this mixture.
After this, heat the oil in a pan. Add all the tikkis one by one.
Bake the ticks until they turn golden brown.
Raw banana tikki is ready. Serve hot tikki with green chutney.

2 cups of semolina

Half a cup finely chopped green coriander leaf
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Half a teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chaat masala

To make banana pakoras, first of all, boil all the kelaas by adding 1 cup of water to the cooker.
Then keep it to cool down. After cooling, take off the banana peels.
Now mash the banana well. Add finely chopped green chili, salt, green coriander leaves and mix.
Then add red chili powder, garam masala and chaat masala and mix well.
Now mix it round with mixture and keep it in a plate.
After this, take a semolina in a plate. Wrap these dumplings well in it.
Now heat a pan on the gas. Then add oil to it. When the oil is hot, add pakoras one by one and fry it.
Lastly prepared raw banana pakoras. You serve it with your favorite chutney.
