Gurugram University has released the admission schedule for the new academic session 2025-26. This year also thousands of students will apply to get admission to the university. The university has clarified that this time the admission process will be completely online.

The online application process has started for admission in undergraduate (UG) courses. This process will run till 20 June 2025. Students can fill out the application form by visiting the official website of the university. After the online application is over, the university will release the first merit list on 1 July 2025. Students whose names appear on this list will have to participate in the first counseling process between July 7 and July 9. During this counseling, students will be able to get admission by getting their documents checked.

This is the date of physical counseling.

If for some reason the students are not able to get selected in the first merit list, then they need not panic. The university will release the second merit list on July 11. On this basis, the second physical counseling will be conducted on 14th and 15th of July, in which seats will be given to the selected students.

Vacant seats will be filled through open counseling
If some seats remain vacant even after counseling, they will be filled through open counseling. For this, separate information will be released on the university website. After completion of the counseling process, regular classes will start from 16 July 2025.

Admission to postgraduate courses from June 2
The application process for admission to postgraduate (PG) courses will start from June 2, 2025, and will run till July 15, 2025. Students seeking admission in PG courses can apply by visiting the university website.

PG merit list will come on July 25
The first merit list for PG courses will be released on July 25, 2025. On this basis, the first counseling will be organized from 28 to 30 July. In this, students will have to come with all their necessary documents. After this, for those whose seats are left, the second merit list will be released on August 1 and the second physical counseling will be done on August 4 and 5.

PG classes will start from August 6

After completion of all the counseling processes of PG, regular classes will be started in the university from August 6, 2025. Students are advised to keep checking the university website on time and follow all the instructions.
