Nani's action thriller 'HIT: The Third Case' opened to strong numbers at the box office but saw a drop on its first Monday. The film as per the early estimate collected around Rs 4.15 crore yesterday marking its lowest daily collection since its release.

According to a report by Sacnilk, the opening day was particularly strong with Rs 21 crore, predominantly from the Telugu version contributing Rs 20.25 crore. The following days saw a decline: Rs 10.5 crore on Friday, Rs 10.4 crore on Saturday, and Rs 10.25 crore on Sunday. Despite the dip on Monday, the film is expected to regain momentum over the coming weekend.
Over the first five days, the film amassed a total of approximately Rs 56.30 crore across all languages.

Theatre occupancy
Occupancy figures on Monday reflected the drop typical of a weekday but remained steady enough to keep the film’s run alive. In Telugu-speaking regions, overall occupancy was 24.01%, with morning shows at 17.20%, afternoon at 28.53%, evening at 23.22%, and night shows at 27.07%. In Tamil Nadu, the film had a 20.02% overall occupancy, with morning shows at 16.31%, afternoon at 24.56%, evening at 13.20%, and night shows at 26.02%. The numbers indicate a moderate weekday turnout, with potential for improvement during the weekend.


Directed by Sailesh Kolanu 'HIT: The Third Case' is the third installment in the popular 'HIT' franchise, following a gripping crime thriller format centered on SP Arjun Sarkaar’s investigation into brutal murders.
It stars Nani in the lead role alongside Srinidhi Shetty , Surya Sreenivas, Rao Ramesh , and Brahmaji.
Nani's 'HIT: The Third Case' has joined the Rs 100 crore club worldwide within just four days of its release, marking a major milestone for the franchise and the actor. The film grossed an impressive Rs 101 crore globally, becoming the first installment in the 'HIT' series to cross it. This success also makes it Nani's second consecutive Rs 100 crore grosser after 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram'.
