Costeen is the owner of small interior brand Casa Amor and met Kyrgios when he arranged to buy a mirror from her. The pair fell in love after coming face-to-face and were seen side-by-side for the first time during the 2022 season.
Kyrgios has been accompanied across the globe by Costeen and spoke about the 29-year-old during the Netflix series Break Point as he addressed his life away from the court.
But their fairytale relationship may have come to an end, with the pair no longer following each other online.
Neither Kyrgios nor Costeen has featured on the other's social media pages for the last three months, despite the fact both have posted updates.
Last month, they removed each other's initials from their Instagram bios. And Costeen with the caption: "You don't see your friend in a while and you have to update her on your chaotic life."
In the video, she appeared to mouth: "Who the f*** did I marry? So at this point in time, I have filed for divorce." The phrase had previously been used by internet star Reesa Teesa following her divorce.
At a similar time, Kyrgios added a series of pictures to his Instagram story, including one of a sports car, and wrote: "Fact of the day... don't believe everything you read. Stay in your lane."
Kyrgios has never won a Grand Slam singles event during his career, but did land the Australian Open doubles title alongside Thanasi Kokkinakis in 2022, just weeks after meeting Costeen.
And commenting on his success, he explained: "It's been a very successful year, not only on the tennis court but just in general.
"I'm feeling really, really good about everything and just enjoying life. And meeting Costeen was probably my favourite moment, probably the best thing that's happened to me - and the year I've had as a highly motivated and highly pushed player, has been because of her. That's been my favourite experience."
