New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has alerted students and parents regarding various fake notices circulating these days on the Class 10 and 12 results. A notice which is circulating on social media claims that the board is going to adopt a new two-phase method to declare CBSE results 2025. The notice also claims that the CBSE is doing this activity to reduce traffic on the official portals.

The Board has clarified on its official X handle that the notice is fake. No such plans to declare CBSE 10th results 2025 and CBSE 12th results 2025 in a new two-phase method. The fake notice also claim that the CBSE Class 10 results 2025 will be released on May 9 and May 15 at 11 am. The CBSE Class 12 results 2025 will be announced on May 14 and May 16 at 1 pm.

The fake notice reads, “As you know more than 46 lakh student appeared in CBSE exam 2025, and to reduce the traffic load in the CBSE result website, CBSE has made a decision to declare this year result in a halfway grouped method that will easy for student to access it and same for the CBSE Board to publish it. That’s why this result might has been delayed due to new method introduced by CBSE.”

Students and parents must note that there is no official announcement yet regarding the CBSE results 2025 date and time. Hence, it is strongly advised to keep checking the official portal (cbse.gov.in) to check the latest updates.

The Board has shared only the access code of Digilocker accounts for Class X and XII students to download their Digital Academic Documents (Mark sheet cum Certificates & Migration Certificates). Once released, students can check CBSE Class 10 result 2025 and CBSE Class 12 result 2025 with their school number, roll number and admit card id on the official portal at cbseresults.nic.in.
