Dejan Kulusevski suffered an injury and had to be replaced in the 19th minute against Crystal Palace in their 0-2 Premier League defeat on Sunday.
Kulusevski’s injury comes at a horrible time for Tottenham, which already has James Maddison and Lucas Bergvall out injured and are confirmed to miss the Europa League final against Manchester United on May 21.
Heung Min-Son’s availability for the final also remains uncertain, even though manager Ange Postecoglou said he was hopeful of the Korean international’s return.
If Kulusevski is also ruled out, Postecoglou will have a task at hand, with the Swedish footballer being one of the main players in Tottenham’s forward line.
Spurs are currently 17th in the Premier League with just 38 points.
