DU PG Admissions 2025: The second seat list for Delhi University's postgraduate programmes will be made public today by 5 PM. Candidates can check the allotment status by logging on to their dashboards through the official admission portal.
After the release, applicants need to "Accept" their seated positions between 5 PM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, and 4:59 PM on Friday, June 27, 2025. Concurrently, from June 24 (5 PM) to June 28 (4:59 PM), departments, centres, and colleges will conduct the verification and approval of the online applications. The last date for submission of online payment of fees by the candidates is 4:59 PM on Sunday, June 29, 2025.
To facilitate candidates who could not register in time, DU has incorporated a special mid-entry window. This will be available from July 2 at 5 PM to 4:59 PM on July 4.
Second Round Important Dates
Of the 13,432 postgraduate seats in total, 11,314 have been allotted till date. Until now, 7,586 students have also taken their seats. The above statistics don't reflect allocations under performance-based schemes, and the university is yet to release the final consolidated figures for the first phase.
This year, DU has opened admissions for 82 postgraduate courses. The registration process, held between May 16 to June 12, 2025, saw 53,609 applications of which 30,490 are women, 23,117 are men, and two are transgender candidates.
