Popular TV actress and Bigg Boss Marathi fame Resham Tipnis recently got angry over a rumour involving her son Manav. Recently, Social media was flooded with messages claiming that the boy who died by suicide in Kandivali was Resham Tipnis' son. The popular actress has strongly reacted to the rumours and slammed people spreading them.
She took to social media to dismiss the rumours and clarify that her son is fine and also warned of severe repercussions against whoever is spreading them.
She wrote, "Please ignore this. Somebody is spreading fake news about my son Manav. He is fine and healthy by Bappa’s blessings. But whoever has done this is going behind bars. If anyone can help me find them, please comment.”
Rumours began circulating shortly after a tragic incident occurred in Mumbai on Wednesday evening.
A 14-year-old boy, the son of a well-known television actress , reportedly died by suicide after jumping from a high-rise building in Kandivali West.
As per police reports, the 14-year-old was a Class 9 student residing with his mother on the 51st floor of the Sea Brook residential tower. On the day of the incident, he had a disagreement with his mother regarding attending his tuition class. Distressed over the matter, he left the apartment, and shortly after, he reportedly jumped from a higher floor—believed to be the 57th. However, authorities are still verifying the exact floor from which he fell.
Resham Tipnis was previously married to Yeh Rishta fame Sanjeev Seth . The couple tied the knot in 1993 and were together until 2004. During their 11-year marriage, they became parents to two children, Rishika and Manav.
After spending over a decade together, Resham and Sanjeev officially announced their separation, marking the end of their 15-year-long relationship.
