At the same time, the bank has been income of Rs 77,470 crore with interest. Which is 6 percent more than the first quarter of last year. With this, the net interest income has also increased by 5.4 percent to Rs 31,440 crore to the bank.

First time announcement of bonus

HDFC Bank has announced a bonus share to its investors for the first time. The bank was said to have given bonuses to investors in a ratio of 1: 1. This means that if you have 1 shares of HDFC, then you will get 1 shares for free. The number of shares in the portfolio will increase. For this, the bank has set a record date on Wednesday 27 August 2025. After this, bonus share will be sent directly to the demat account.

HDFC Bank has also announced a dividend along with bonus share. It was said by the bank that it will give an interim dividend of Rs 5 on every equity share for FY 2025-26.
