The reality show, hosted by Mohanlal, kicked off with fresh drama on August 3, featuring a grand launch that welcomed a diverse range of contestants, including well-known faces from the entertainment industry and social media influencers.






Days after the premiere, the housemates engaged in intense fights to survive the nominations, leading to emotional breakdowns as well as light-hearted moments. Eight contestants were nominated for eviction. As the BBMS9 wraps up its first week, fans have been waiting to know who will be the season's first elimination.

Munshi Ranjeet is the first contestant to be evicted from the house. Host Mohanlal announced the first-week eviction of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 during the weekend episode on August 10. The Malayalam actor also reviewed the contestants' performance throughout the week.
