Maha Kumbh 2025, Schools Closed: Maha Kumbh 2025 is being organized in Prayagraj. Devotees from all over the country and abroad are reaching here to take a dip in Maa Ganga. Due to this, there is a constant jam situation in Prayagraj. Given the crowd coming to the Maha Kumbh 2025 fair, DM Ravindra Kumar Mandar has issued instructions to keep the schools closed. Online classes will be conducted in schools of all boards from classes 1 to 8 in Prayagraj.

The order of online classes in the schools of Prayagraj will apply from 21 to 26 February 2025. During this time all the teachers will be present in the schools and will do departmental work. Prayagraj Maha Kumbh Mela will end on 26 February 2025 i.e. on the occasion of Shivaratri. Usually, every time the crowd started decreasing after Magh Purnima in Kumbh.

But this time even after the departure of the saints, the influx of devotees continues to reach Prayagraj. After Magh Purnima, the saints and sages from the country and abroad return from the Kumbh area.

Prayagraj Schools Closed: Schools are closed to avoid crowds.
Prayagraj DM Ravindra Kumar Mandar has decided to close the school given the crowd of devotees. The time wasted by getting stuck in the jam can be saved and the children will also be safe. However, classes from 9th to 12th will run in physical mode. These days CBSE board exams are being conducted in most of the schools. There is no effect of Mahakumbh or Magh Mela on the CBSE Board Exam 2025.

School Holidays in Prayagraj: Students should leave before time

The situation of jam continues in Prayagraj. In such a situation, board exam candidates should try to reach the exam center on time. With this, they will reach the school on time and there will be no fear of missing the paper. On the special occasion of Mahashivratri on 26 February 2025, every record of the number of devotees bathing in Prayagraj can be broken. Students are advised to keep checking the notices of school holidays and examinations.

Maha Kumbh Mela 2025: Crowd of devotees at Sangam
Only 6 days are left for the conclusion of Maha Kumbh 2025. The crowd of devotees is increasing continuously even in the last week. On the 40th day of Maha Kumbh i.e. today, 21 February 2025 (Friday), a crowd of devotees is gathering for a Sangam bath since morning.

According to the Maha Kumbh Mela administration, till 8 am, 31.34 lakh people have taken a dip of faith in Triveni Sangam. On Thursday morning, a crowd of devotees was seen for 8 to 10 km on all the roads leading to Sangam area.
