The Global Investor Summit 2025 has started from today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the summit and congratulated the state government for the boom of industrial development in the state. During this, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav first thanked Prime Minister Modi as well as industrialists and investors. He said that with the presence of the famous Prime Minister, our Bhopal is going to create a new identity globally. He said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi, Madhya Pradesh is constantly moving towards sustainable development and industrial investment.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that we have set a target of doubling the state's economy in the next 5 years. A year ago, this journey of investment and industrial development started through the Regional Industries Conclave from Ujjain, the city of Baba Mahakal. For the first time, the Regional Industries Conclave started from here. After this, division centers like Jabalpur, Gwalior, Sagar, Rewa, Shahdol, Narmadmapuram were formed. To make the Regional Industries Conclave more successful, we organized Invest MP Road Show in Mumbai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, Delhi.

Travel from country to abroad for investment

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that not only in the country but also internationally, tried to make the world aware of the development saga of Madhya Pradesh in UK, Germany and Japan. Our government continuously interacted with industrialists and prepared a road map to encourage them to invest.

Chief Minister Yadav said that now we are working on our investment policies and investment friendly ecosystems. On the basis of this, we have come with 18 new policies for investment promotion, which has been inaugurated by the Prime Minister. For this, the Public Research Act has been passed by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. This includes improving single window systems, bringing transparency in governance. We have decided to celebrate the year 2025 "Industry and Employment Year".

Ecosystem work for industrial development

CM Yadav said that there is four fundamental requirement for the industrial development of a state-land, water, electricity and efficient workforce. Due to the grace of Baba Mahakal, there is surplus electricity in Madhya Pradesh, there is plenty of water, a huge land bank and a skilled human resource. The law and order here is also favorable. This will work as ecosystem for industrial development.

In Madhya Pradesh, we are constantly moving forward on many big projects including Mega Footwear Cluster Morena, renewable energy equipment manufacturing Mohasa Babai, PM Mitra Park Dhar. Vikram Udyog Park, Medical Device Park in Ujjain, through the Government of India, our device park of 900 acres has to be required again in such a situation.

The foundation stone of 20 new industrial parks will be laid

He said that along with this, we are also moving forward with a new type of 6 new industrial development areas. 13 new industrial parks are not only being completed but the foundation stone of 20 more industrial parks will be laid. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that there is also immense potential for tourism in Madhya Pradesh. Baba Mahakaleshwar, Omkareshwar are not only promoting Jyotirlinga religious tourism, but our wildlife's ecosystem including Orchha, Datia, Bhojpur, Bhimbetka is constantly attracting people into tourism.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also said during this time that the Madhya Pradesh government has started four missions keeping poor, youth, Annadata and women at the center. Under this, work is also being done on outstanding targets by establishing coordination between various departments for effective implementation of policies.
