Football finance expert Kieran Maguire has named as the "best run club" in the . However, in praising the club he also delivered a jibe at Spurs' lack of silverware in recent seasons.

Tottenham were in the news earlier this year for having the of any club in the Premier League -something Maguire alluded to in his appearance on the podcast. It is a bone of contention for Spurs supporters and one of the reasons that has led them to protest against the club's ownership.
