CA or CS: After the 12th, the most important decision has to be taken regarding the career. Which field to choose, so that one can get a good high package job in future. After the 12th, students also choose their future career stream-wise. Like science students mostly prefer to choose engineering or medical field. Whereas commerce students prefer to choose CA, CS, or CMA. But now the matter stops here whether to do CA or CS. After the 12th examinations, students will now choose their career, so it is important to remove this confusion of yours.

Know the difference between the two.

First, know about 'Chartered Accountant'. CA is a professional course, in which the work of looking after the matters of accounting, auditing, and finance has to be done. Whereas 'Company Secretary' is also a professional course. But in this, work is done on legal corporate governance and financial management of any company.

It can be understood that a CA gives his advice in matters related to finance and has to do things like paying taxes as well as managing the transactions in the company. The CA exam is conducted by the Chartered Accountant Institute of India and a certificate is also provided. The syllabus of the CA exam is prepared by ICAI. To pass the CM exam, it is necessary to have passed 12th.
