The Sidemen charity football match is set to return this year, featuring some of the internet's most prominent figures in front of a 90,000-strong crowd at Wembley Stadium. The popular event will take place on Saturday, March 8, at the national stadium.
The seven-member YouTube group, boasting over 100 million subscribers collectively, have made their charity matches a hit in previous years. Venues such as Southampton's St Mary's Stadium, Charlton's Valley Stadium and West Ham's London Stadium have all hosted these charity games.
In September 2023, 60,000 fans filled the London Stadium as Sidemen FC triumphed over YouTube Allstars. An impressive £2.4million was raised for charities Teenage Cancer Trust and CALM, with 17 million people tuning in from home.
Previous participants include iShowSpeed, Kai Cenat, Angry Ginge, Chris MD and Mark Goldbridge. As the big game approaches, speculation is rife about this year's line-up.
