The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) of the Government of India has extended the last date of registration for the PM Internship Scheme (PMIS) 2025. Now interested candidates can apply for various internships on the official website pminternship.mca.gov.in till March 31. Earlier the last date of application was March 12, which has now been extended for 19 days.

PM Internship Scheme will give young people an opportunity to learn to work in the top 500 companies of India. This scheme aims to provide 12 months of internship to Indian youth and enhance their experience and skills. Candidates selected under the scheme will get a stipend of Rs 5,000 per month and a lump sum payment of Rs 6,000.

PM Internship 2025: Who can apply for the PM Internship?

The age of the candidate registering for the PM Internship should be between 21 to 24 years by the last date of application. Candidates must be at least 10th or 12th pass. At the same time, candidates with diplomas/degrees like BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA, BPharma, etc. can also apply. The candidate has to keep in mind that he should not be in any full-time job or course. Candidates of online or distance education programs can apply.

Click on the registration link given on the home page.

Now enter the required details and upload the documents.

Create a profile in your skill and sector of interest.

Now select the internship based on your interest.

Candidates can register for a maximum of 5 internships. The applying candidate will not have to pay any application fee. Registration is free for all categories.

The selected interns will be covered under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, the premium of which will be paid by the government. Interns will get an opportunity to work with top companies from various sectors including Reliance Industries Limited, Tata Consultancy Services Limited, The Times Group, ITC Limited, and Hindustan Unilever Limited.
