Prior to Holi, the UP Police has issued several guidelines to celebrate the festival peacefully and enjoy it. According to the report, the Uttar Pradesh Police issued a detailed guidelines in this regard and said that the purpose of the police is to celebrate the Holi of the people safe and happy.

The UP police further said in the press release, “No new tradition should be allowed to begin during festivals. All festivals should be celebrated in a traditional way …”

The police clearly stated that its intention is that, “Anti -social elements should be identified in advance and taking effective preventive action against them.”

The UP police said in its press release, “In the previous years, the controversies and matters to Holi should be reviewed and effective action should be taken according to it.”

The festival of Holi is celebrated with great pomp in Uttar Pradesh. Many anti -social elements seek a chance to spoil the peace and balance of the state.
