- First of all, boil the potatoes and peel them. After this, grate the potatoes in a large bowl.
- After this, add gram flour and rice flour and mix all the ingredients well.
- After this, add cumin powder, garam masala, chaat powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, and amchur and mash well.
- After this, add salt and 2 tsp oil as per taste and mix. If needed, add a little water to this mixture and knead a smooth and soft dough.
- Now take a mold to make Bhujia and apply oil to it. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
- When the oil is hot, fill the prepared dough in the mold of Bhujia and make Bhujia from it, and put it in the pan.
- Fry the Bhujia until it becomes golden brown and crispy. It will take 2-3 minutes for the Bhujia to be deep-fried properly.
- Keep in mind that the Bhujia should not burn during deep frying. After this, take it out and keep it in a plate.
- Similarly, prepare potato Bhujia from all the dough. After this, break all the Bhujia and let it cool.
