Indore (Madhya Pradesh): There would be an upward revision of collector guidelines for properties at 3,226 locations of the district in the financial Year 2025-26 while the guidelines for remaining locations would remain the same.

The decision was taken in a meeting of the District Valuation Committee, held here on Saturday. Collector Asheesh Singh presided over the meeting. The meeting was called to discuss the proposals of market value rates of immovable properties in the Collector Guideline for year 2025-26 in Indore district.

MLA Mahendra Hardia, senior district registrars Dr. Amresh Naidu and Deepak Sharma, district registrar, deputy registrar and officers of other related departments were present in the meeting. For the Collector guideline of the financial year 2025-26 about 407 new locations are identified.

It has been proposed to add the names of 240 new colonies and locations in registration sub-districts namely Indore, Mhow, Sanwer, Depalpur in the guidelines of the upcoming financial year 2025-26 keeping in view the revenue collection.

The rates have been proposed equivalent to the rates calculated in the said new colonies and areas and the nearby colonies and areas and the documents being registered. In this way, increase is proposed in 240 new colonies and locations in the district.

Suggestions over new guidelines rates can be sent by March 20

Public can send their suggestions regarding the proposed guideline of the immovable properties of the district by March 20. The public can send their suggestions to the senior district registrar office, district registrar office and sub registrar offices.
