Reports suggest that the 2015 larger-than-life epic Baahubali: The Beginning is set to be re-released in theatres on July 10, 2025, marking its tenth anniversary. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film originally premiered on July 10, 2015, and achieved milestone success, setting new records in Indian cinema.
Producer Shobu Yarlagadda has hinted about the re-release on his X page on Sunday, indicating an opportunity for both original fans and a new generation of viewers to experience the film on the big screen once again.
Baahubali: The Beginning features an ensemble cast, including Prabhas in a dual role, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, and Nassar. Set in the ancient times of India, the narrative follows Sivudu, an adventurous young man who discovers his royal heritage and embarks on a mission to overthrow an unjust ruler.
Baahubali: The Beginning was backed by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under Arka Media Works.
