will return to screens on Friday (March 21) with its action-packed fundraising show for , the annual charity event. The three-hour extravaganza will see people "do something for money," with a number of new sketches and special performances from talented guests. On the night of comedy and entertainment, viewers will raise money to support and transform the lives of those in need.

Hosted by stalwarts Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Joel Dommett, Alison Hammond, Rylan Clark and Alesha Dixon, this year will also be the first time in 40 years that Sir Lenny Henry won't be leading the charge. With a packed lineup including the stars from The Gladiators and Korrupt FM comedy character Chabuddy G, expect silliness, giggles, unmissable scenes, exclusive episodes and emotional messages.

Joining in the fun this year will be the cast from Beyond Paradise and the Not Going Out universes, who will interlock for an extra special sketch. And thankfully for fans, the BBC released a hilarious teaser. In the trailer, DI Humphrey Goodman (played by Kris Marshall) could be seen expressing his love for his wife Martha Lloyd (Sally Bretton) wife is at a cafe and sealing his adoration with a kiss.

However, watching in shock from across the room is Not Going Out star Lee Mack, who plays Bretton's husband Lee in their BBC sitcom. As he looked visibly disturbed by the kiss, in walked Bretton in character as his wife Lucy, now with her hair in a ponytail and a blue jacket on. After being surprised to receive a free cake and be referred to as "big head," she made her way to Lee, who confronted her about the kiss.

After Lucy retorted: "I've never seen that man before in my life," Lee hit back: "That's even worse, so you just did it for free cake? Thank God you didn't fancy a Sunday roast." DI Humphrey then came over to their table and asked Lucy: "Are you ok darling, are you going out?" Confused by the interaction, she blasts: "Why does everyone keep asking me that, I'm not going out."

Ahead of the sketch, Lee Mack told : "Because Sal's [Sally Bretton] in both, it's the idea that these two worlds collide, that her two characters collide - and comedy ensues. When something's new and different and throws you a bit of a curveball, that's exciting," he continued. "So this time, I thought 'Rather than bring them to us, why don't I go to the world of Beyond Paradise?' So that's what I did. Because we [Not Going Out] are in a studio a lot, being out on location and being in that world is great."
