Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Tapu aka Nitish Bhaluni reveals that he has turned Gujarati because of his co-stars; says 'Hu gujju nathi pan bani gayo chu'
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been one of the longest running shows. While the show has most actors who are Gujarati , adding authentic flavour to the characters, Nitish Bhaluni who had joined the show as Tapu shares how he has turned into a Gujarati within a year of joining the show. In one of his vlogs while strolling with his friends he spoke about the show and the changes he saw in himself.
In the vlog, Nitish was seen talking in Gujarati for the fans where he said, "Sambhdo, hu Gujarati nathi pan have hu Gujarati bani gayo chu. Everybody on my show is Gujarati so by staying with them I have turned into a gujju and I started speaking the language fluently by speaking to them every day. By playing Tapu every day, I have turned into a pakko gujarati manas. And I am enjoying it."
Well, as soon as Nitish posted this fun clip, fans had to comment for their favourite character. A fan wrote, "your gujju accent is damn good", one of them wrote, "Your fans are also from Gujarat only." A user also invited Nitish to Ahmedabad saying, ' Dayaben se milne aao amdavad mein.'
Talking about the recent track, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah grabbed the second spot on the TRP list. The wedding track indeed added a lot of twists that left the viewers on the edge of their seats while many fans also wrote that it would be unfair if Tapu Sonu got married before Popatlal and Bagha and Bawri on the show. However, the track ended on a social message leaving the fans with a learning.
Earlier, when Nitish joined the show, the actor exclusively spoke to Times Of India TV sharing, "Being Tapu, I would do everything with a pinch of fun. The cast especially my Tapusena is extremely supportive and they help me with different inputs to grow my character and come into the skin of it which has already been played and turned iconic for fans."
