Nagpur Violence: The Nagpur High Court has stopped the bulldozer action started on the accused of Nagpur violence, Faheem Khan and others. The Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court has asked the Municipal Corporation and other concerned officials what is happening. The Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court has stopped the action of bulldozers running on the property of the accused in the riot case. Faheem Khan, the main accused in the riots, was broken before the court order came. Apart from Faheem, Yusuf Sheikh is also included in which action was being taken on. He filed a petition against the destroyer action in the High Court.
The High Court expressed displeasure that the concerned party was not given a chance to speak and the entire action was taken arbitrarily. The High Court expressed concern over the non -hearing of property owners who were allegedly responsible for illegal construction. Faheem Khan's property was demolished in the afternoon before the High Court order came. This property is registered in the name of his wife.
The High Court asked the government and the Municipal Corporation to file a reply in this matter why those whose house broke did not give them a chance to present their side. The next hearing in this case will now be held on 15 April. Let us tell you that more than 100 people have been arrested in Nagpur violence so far. The accused also include 21 minors. Notice was issued against Faheem Khan on 21 March. He was asked to remove illegal construction within 24 hours. Faheem did not do so, so the police administration run a bulldozer on the illegal porcene.
Faheem Khan is considered the mastermind of Nagpur violence. Today's action took place in the presence of police-administration. Faheem Khan's property on which the bulldozer ran, this house is built in 86 square meters. Faheem also runs a shop in Mominpura in Nagpur. A rumor was spread during the protest against Aurangzeb's grave in Nagpur that religious verses have been lit. Due to this rumor, people of a particular community came out on the streets and assaulted people and vandalized vehicles. Homes and shops were set on fire. Many policemen including a DCP were injured in the incident. An attempt was made to cut the DCP with an ax but he narrowly survived.
