In a letter to the public representatives, the Telangana CMO instructed them to send letters only via the platform. Letters sent by any other method won’t be accepted. Using the service TTD darshan input details, public representatives may enter the pilgrim’s and darshan’s information.

Once the information has been entered and generated, download the letter of recommendation, print it out, and get the public representative’s signature. Following the signature, a scanned copy of the letter has to be submitted. Only once the scanned copy has been uploaded will the letter be legitimate and accessible via the liaison officer login.

The recommendation letter will be promptly forwarded to the pilgrim and the TTD Liaisoning Officer via WhatsApp as soon as the signed form is posted. Only Monday through Thursday is the window for issuing recommendation letters, and each public representative may only issue one letter per day. Only Mondays and Tuesdays are offered for VIP Break Darshan, which includes lodging options. Only on Wednesdays and Thursdays is Special Entry Darshan possible; lodging is not included. Pilgrims have to make their own travel arrangements. The original letter should be carried by the Pilgrim and produced prior to TTD.

They will also be carrying everyone’s Aadhar card. According to the statement given here, birth certificates may be used in the event of young children who do not have an Aadhar card.
