Today we are going to make semolina Gulab Jamun for every sister. Their taste is exactly like Gulab Jamun of Mawa. Brothers will find it very tasty. So you also make Gulab Jamun with this easy method and taste this dessert with your hands.

- Ghee – 1 teaspoon
- Milk – 2 cups (1/2 liter)
- Semolina – semolina – 1 cup (180 grams)
- Baking Powder – Baking Powder – 1/8 tsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- For sugar syrup for sugar syrup
- Sugar – 2 cups (450 grams)
- Cardamom – 4, Kuti Hu
- Lemon – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ghee and oil for frying

- Put 1 teaspoon of ghee in the pan and melt it. Then add 2 cups full cream milk and cook while stirring for a while.
- When it comes to boil, reduce the heat and add 1 cup of semolina milk while stirring continuously.
- Cook it while stirring until this flour becomes. – As soon as the dough is kneaded, turn off the heat and take out the dough in a bowl and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a pan. Stir it in between and cook till the sugar dissolves. When the sugar dissolves, add 4 cardamom pieces and cook for 3-4 min.
- When the time is over, turn off the heat and keep it covered. In this way sugar syrup will be ready.
- Mash it a little in hot water. Also add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, 1/8 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon ghee and mix well.
- Mash the dough and knead the smooth dough. Apply ghee on the hand and break the dough, roll a dough into an oval shape.
- Similarly, after rounding all the dough and keeping it in an oval shape, keep it in a plate. Now heat half ghee and half oil in a pan and heat it. The oil should be medium hot and the heat should be slow.
- Fry gulab jamuns in hot oil. Let them roast for a while, then turn around and fry their color till the dark. When it is cooked, reduce the flame and take them out.
- Add 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice to the syrup. When it becomes a little cold, put them in the syrup and prepare everything else in the same way.
- When all the Gulab Jamuns are ready, soak them in sugar syrup for 2 hours. Enjoy its taste.
