There is tremendous enthusiasm among the people about the Anant Nagar (Mohan Road) residential scheme of Lucknow Development Authority of Uttar Pradesh. As soon as the registration for plots in the scheme is inaugurated, a large number of people are filling the form by making login on the website. On the third April after the registration, 10 thousand people made a login on the scheme website https://registration.ldalucknow.in/loadin, out of which 3095 people paid Rs 1100 online and bought the registration book.
After depositing 5% registration of the estimated amount of the plot, 148 people were successfully registered. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has launched registration for plots in the Anant Nagar Residential Scheme on 4 April. In this scheme of Lucknow Development Authority, a township is being developed in a huge area of 785 acres, in which the dream of the shelter of about one and a half lakh people will come true. In this, about 2100 residential plots and 120 commercial plots will be created, so that people will get the benefit of commercial services with better residential facilities.
Uninterrupted power supply from underground cable
More than 10,000 flats will be built in 60 plots of group housing. More than 25 thousand people will get residential facility in 5 thousand buildings of EWS and LIG category. Under the scheme, buildings will also be constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Anant Nagar scheme is being developed on grid patterns under international standards, in which underground cables will be laid for uninterrupted power supply along the wide roads. In the scheme, Adutek City will be developed in an area of about 100 acres, where hostels and residential buildings will be built for about 10,000 students, teachers and members of the faculty.
Provision of green region, waste management also in 130 acres
Parks and green spaces will be developed in about 130 acres of land in Anant Nagar, which will make the plan a green area-friendly area. Apart from this, this will be the first such residential scheme in the city, in which the provision of modern solid waste management system has already been made. It will also be the city's first zero liquid discharge scheme. For this, STPs will be installed in the scheme, which will re -purify the waste water and make it useful for irrigation and green areas.
Charging stations will be built for e-vehicle
The solar power system will be installed in each block of the scheme, which will meet the electrical requirements in public places.
