New Delhi. On the 345th death anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Union Home Minister Amit Shah today paid tribute to his tomb in Raigad Fort in Maharashtra. On the Memorial Day of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, the history from the birth of Bal Shiva to the last breath of Chhatrapati is in this holy land. The British thoughtfully worked to break this fort because it remained a symbol of Swaraj for centuries.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, when Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was born, the whole country was in darkness. At that time, 'Swaraj' was difficult to come in someone's mind. After the collapse of Devgiri, there was a collapse to the entire south in the next 100 years. Then the 12 -year -old child vows with the inspiration of Jijabai that from the Indus to Kanyakumari, I will work to hoist the saffron. Shah said, I read the life characters of many heroes of the world, but to build such a disproportionate army by connecting every section of the society to fulfill such strong will, indomitable courage, unimaginable strategy and to complete it, no one has done it just except Chhatrapati.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah says, neither the fate was with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, nor was the past with him, neither did he have money nor had an army, despite this, a child went with his indomitable courage and determination to give the whole country the whole country with the mantra of Swaraj. On seeing this, he shattered the Mughalshahi, which has been running for 200 years, liberated the country. Today, 75 years after the independence of the country, we are standing up in front of the world. We pledge that when 100 years of independence are completed, our India will be number 1 in the world.
