Clarkson's Farm favourite Harriet Cowan has delivered a joyful life update following her dramatic exit from Diddly Squat - and fans think love might have something to do with her good mood. The NHS nurse, who stepped in to help Jeremy Clarkson during series four of the hit Prime Video show, has been all smiles since leaving the farm - and much of that might be thanks to her farmer boyfriend James Booth. In a recent post on social media, Cowan beamed: "Sheep moved now to head to a tractor run."

She followed it up with another update that read: "Would usually complain about moving sheep in the rain but I'm so bl**dy happy it's raining. I don't care." Fans were quick to speculate her happiness could be linked to her long-term romance with James. Just hours later she shared a glam photo of the couple dressed up for a night out, captioned: "Forever my love" - a post that sparked fresh engagement rumours.

Booth has become a regular fixture on Cowan's social media since her time on Clarkson's Farm ended, with followers keen to see more of her off-camera life and her journey from TV star back to farming life.

Speaking on the podcast Should I Delete That?, Harriet opened up about her hectic schedule with James, revealing: "Neither of them had had the time to watch Clarkson's Farm prior to her stint on the show."

And after seven years together, fans are wondering if wedding bells might be on the cards.

In a recent TikTok, Harriet reflected on her relationship by sharing a throwback selfie from 2018 and a new snap of the couple relaxing in a hot tub.

"From party teenagers in 2018, to mid to late 20s in 2025 and like to be in bed before 10," she wrote, adding a laughing emoji before signing off.

"I hope I get to this life with you forever @James Booth," she gushed.

Her appearance on Clarkson's Farm was a hit with fans, with Jeremy Clarkson himself singing her praises.

During her emotional farewell, he told her: "You saved my life. So, if we get stuck again, can we give you a call?"

But viewers hoping for her return will be disappointed. A TV insider confirmed: "At this stage there are no future plans for her to film Clarkson's Farm."

They explained: "Harriet only came on the show to help Jeremy while Kaleb was on tour. She finished filming as soon as he arrived back, leaving Kaleb to the job."

Speaking to BBC Derby, Harriet confirmed the door to a return "is open" but that nothing is in the pipeline.

"We've always left it very open. I'm here if he needs me, but no plans at the minute," she said.
