Wash the mango thoroughly, peel it and cut it into small pieces, so that it becomes easier to puree it in the blender. Now grind the mango pieces in a blender and make a fine paste. Boil water and sugar together in a large pan. Then add citric acid to it and boil for 7-8 minutes. It has to be boiled until you get 1 string syrup. Now add mango puree to it and boil for 2 minutes. Now keep it to cool. After cooling, store it in a sterilized glass bottle in the refrigerator. It can be stored for 1 week.
To preserve it for a long time, dissolve KMS in 2 tablespoons of water and add to the squash. After this, seal it in a bottle and keep it in the refrigerator.
