David Beckham’s emotional night at England’s World Cup match


English football legend David Beckham was present in the stand to watch the match between England and Ghana which ended in a draw.


After winning their first match, England ended a goalless draw against the African team leaving the fans disappointed.


The iconic football star, who had been the face of English football, for years, was on a rollercoaster of emotions while watching his team underperform.






The 51-year-old appeared delighted early on before ending the match with his head in his hands after a frustrating 0-0 draw.


The Inter Miami CF co-owner joined thousands of England supporters at Boston Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on June 23, cheering on his home nation from the stands.


Beckham was dressed in a sharp navy blue suit for the occasion.


At one point he was photographed looking frustrated as England missed their shots.


The retired footballer has represented his country in three World Cups in 1998, 2002 and 2006 where he scored a goal in every tournament.
