Mohini Ekadashi fast will be observed on Monday, 27 April 2026. According to religious belief, on this day Lord Vishnu took the form of Mohini and fed nectar to the gods. Observing the fast of Mohini Ekadashi destroys sins and brings positive energy in life. This fast is considered the best way to purify the mind and soul.
Narasimha Jayanti will be celebrated on Thursday, 30 April 2026. On this day, Lord Vishnu took the incarnation of Narasimha and protected the devotee Prahlad. This day symbolizes the victory of good over evil. The special thing is that this time it is falling on Thursday, which is the day of Lord Vishnu, hence its importance increases further.
Buddha Purnima will be celebrated on Friday, May 1, 2026. This day is associated with the birth, attainment of enlightenment and Mahaparinirvana of Lord Buddha. This festival gives the message of peace and compassion not only for Buddhism but for the entire world. On this day people focus on meditation, charity and doing good deeds.
