Senior BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi criticized the cancellation of the ground booking for Rahul Gandhi’s program, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha. He said that in the name of student voice, a “student conspiracy” is being played, which the entire country has seen.
Speaking to IANS in New Delhi, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said Rahul Gandhi “must come out of the cesspool of rhetoric and bluffing.” Naqvi alleged that as long as Rahul Gandhi remains involved in such politics, his “nefarious politics and nefarious legacy” will continue to emerge.
He also said that in the name of student voice, a game of “student conspiracy” is being played, which the country has already seen. Regarding the report presented on the Sambhal violence, Naqvi said that there can be no compromise on social harmony.
He alleged that some people engage in conspiracies and plots to disrupt social harmony for their own selfish ends. Reacting strongly to a statement by Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Arshad Madani, Naqvi said the “mushrooming growth” of some madrasas in the country was a matter of concern.
He clarified that not all madrasas are wrong and not all are involved in wrongdoing. However, the rapid growth of some madrasas, particularly in border areas, raises many questions and concerns. Naqvi said that even large and prestigious madrasas should pay attention to this, as the growing number of such institutions casts doubt on the image of even those doing good work.
Reacting to Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav’s new definition of the PDA, Naqvi said that no matter how much he tries, and how many definitions he changes, his defeat will not change. He said that despite repeated experiments, he has yielded no benefits and is certain to face further defeat.
Speaking at Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat’s ‘Jenji Samvad’ programme, Naqvi said the RSS is known for its contact, dialogue and coordination with all sections of the society.
He said that the RSS’s cultural nationalism, inclusive thinking, and all-encompassing approach have played a role in its rise to become the world’s largest non-political organization. Naqvi said that Mohan Bhagwat’s dialogue with Jenji is also part of this broader social outreach campaign.
