IND vs SL: The second match of the two-Test series between India and Sri Lanka will be played in Colombo from August 23. According to many agencies including AccuWeather, there will be a risk of light to moderate rain or passing showers every day from August 23 to August 27. There is no guarantee of completely clear weather on any given day.

This does not mean that the entire match will be washed out, but intermittent rain is a big concern. Due to this, overs can be reduced, sessions can be washed out and the result of the match can be affected. If India wants to make a clean sweep then it will have to overcome this challenge of weather also.

Rain had troubled Galle also, still India won

India won by 165 runs and interestingly, it started raining heavily immediately after the win. Now this same temperament can test Team India in Colombo also.

India is leading 1-0 in the series. As soon as they win the second test, they will win the series 2-0. Team India's effort is not only to win the series but also to clean sweep Sri Lanka in its own home.
