UPSC Jobs: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is going to end the application process for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Public Prosecutor and other posts soon. Interested and eligible candidates are advised to complete their application by visiting the official website upsc.gov.in in time. Under this recruitment drive, 111 posts will be filled in the organization.



The last date to apply is May 1, 2025, while the last date to take a printout of the completely submitted online application is May 2, 2025.



Eligibility Criteria



Educational qualification and age limit have been prescribed separately for each post. Candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully before applying, so that they can understand all the eligibility conditions well.



Passing marks

If the selection is done through interview only or by interview after the recruitment test (RT), then it will be mandatory for the candidates to achieve the minimum category-wise suitability level. The interview will be of a total of 100 marks, out of which candidates belonging to the UR/EWS category will have to secure at least 50 marks, OBC category candidates 45 marks, and SC/ST/PwBD category candidates a minimum of 40 marks.



In all cases where the selection is done through an interview after the recruitment test, the candidate will be required to secure the minimum marks prescribed as per their respective category in the interview stage. Candidates will not be able to proceed further in the selection process if they do not achieve the minimum suitability level.



This much will be the application fee.

The application fee has been fixed at Rs 25/- for all candidates. However, female candidates, SC/ST category candidates, and candidates with benchmark disability are exempted from paying the application fee.



The fee can be paid in any branch of SBI by cash, net banking facility of any bank, or through Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment. Candidates can visit the official website of UPSC for more information regarding fee payment.



How to apply

First of all, candidates have to register themselves online by visiting the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in.

After completing the registration process, the candidate will receive a registration ID.

After registration, the candidate has to fill the application form. All the required personal, educational and other information has to be filled in it.

The required documents (such as educational certificate, caste certificate, etc.) and a recent passport-size photo have to be uploaded in the application form.

Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 25

After filling out the application form and paying the fee, candidates have to do final verification and take a print out of the application form.

After all the details are correct, submit the application form.
