New Delhi: Portugal head coach Roberto Martinez announced the squad for the upcoming Nations League semifinal against Germany on Tuesday.

The Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has been included in the 27-player squad for the clash scheduled on June 5th at 12:30 am (IST) in Munich.

Martinez confirmed that the 40-year-old is fit and available for the match. He said, "Cristiano is available to play. There is no problem. I feel very happy with the quality that we have in the squad. We have many options. We have four players in the Champions League final, and that is interesting."

Portugal topped Group A1 with 14 points, winning four games and drawing two. In the quarterfinal, they beat Denmark on an aggregate score of 5-3 to secure their semifinal spot.

The 18-year-old Rodrigo Mora has also received a call-up. Mora had a strong finish with Porto this season, having scored seven goals in his last seven fixtures. Martinez was all praise for Mora, saying, "Mora is a special player. He deserves to be in the national team after what he did for Porto in the last six months. He played at a very high level. I smile when I talk about him because he is a player who can mark an era in Portuguese soccer."

Other notable names in the squad include Bernardo Silva, Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Dalot, Joao Felix, and Diogo Jota. The other semifinal will see Spain and France lock horns for a spot in the final.
