The Corona virus has gained momentum once again in India. The number of active cases across the country has increased rapidly to 3700, and the total cases have reached 3758. Health experts say that this bounce is being seen due to winter season and low vigilance. In such a situation, the government and health department have appealed to the people to take precautions.

Kerala became a stronghold of Corona

Kerala is currently in the forefront of the Korona cases, where more than 1400 active cases have been registered. Health experts believe that cases are increasing here due to dense population and tourism season. After Kerala, there are 485 active cases in Maharashtra and 436 in Delhi. In the last 48 hours, more than 1000 new cases have been reported across the country, which is a matter of concern. According to the Health Ministry data, 28 people have lost their lives due to Corona since January 2025. Of these, Kerala and Maharashtra have recorded the highest number of 7-7 deaths.

Sad events in Bengaluru and Delhi

A 63 -year -old man died of Corona in Bengaluru on Saturday. The shocking thing is that this patient had also got both vaccine doses and booster doses. Similarly, a 60 -year -old elder in Delhi also died due to the virus. These incidents have once again questioned the effectiveness of the vaccine and new variants. Experts say that aged people and patients already suffering diseases should take extra precautions.

Karnataka government’s strictness

In view of the increasing cases of Korona, the Karnataka government has issued a new advisory. It advises people to avoid crowded places and wear masks. Also, it has been directed to conduct an immediate investigation if there is fever, cough, chest pain or shortness of breathing. The government has also said that masks and social dispensing can be made mandatory in schools, offices and public places.

Kovid returns after seven months in Mizoram

After a long gap of seven months in Mizoram, Corona has again knocked. Kovid was confirmed in two people on Friday, after which the Health Department has increased vigilance. These patients are being treated at Zorma Medical College and Hospital (ZMCH) in Falkon near Aizawl. The Integrated Disease Monitoring Program (IDSP) of the Health Department has appealed to the people to take precautions instead of being afraid. Officials say the situation is under control, but vigilance is necessary.

Caution only rescue

This new boom of Corona has once again reminded us of being careful. Experts say that wearing masks, washing hands regularly and maintaining distance from the crowd are still the most effective remedies. Also, people who have not taken booster dose are being advised to take it immediately. The Ministry of Health has also appealed to the people to conduct tests immediately and to remain in isolation.

Future preparation

In view of the increasing cases of Corona, the government and health department have given instructions to ensure the availability of beds, oxygen and medicines in hospitals. The number of testing is being increased in many states so that new cases can be caught quickly. Experts believe that if we become cautious in time, it will not be difficult to control the situation.
