Last week, we brought you the via research released by Which?. Now the best Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have been announced by the team at and there are some pretty surprising results. A total of 10 gongs were recently handed out a glitzy event in London with Plusnet picking up three of the top prizes including National Broadband Provider of the Year, Best Broadband Provider for Customer Service and Best Value for Money Broadband Provider.


Incredibly, Plusnet beat its owner, , with that popular ISP not picking up a single award. Other winners included YouFibre for Regional Broadband Provider of the Year and Most Popular Broadband Provider went to .


EE grabbed the Best Telecom Bundle Provider, and Best Telecoms Innovation went to Hyperoptic's 'Managed Wi-Fi'.


Despite coming bottom of the charts in the Which? report last week, had a better night with the ISP grabbing the award for Most Reliable Broadband Provider.

All of the awards were voted for by the public and a team of expert judges including Express.co.uk's Technology Editor.


"Uswitch has revealed the latest winners of its annual Telecoms Awards. Plusnet has continued its reign as National Broadband Provider of the Year, and kept hold of two other Uswitch awards in 2025," Uswitch said.


"Other notable successes include full fibre provider YouFibre, which has taken the Uswitch title of Regional Broadband Provider of the Year in 2025. Virgin Media, Vodafone, and EE also feature among this year's broadband and TV winners.
